Ben Poidinger: Cofounder
Ben Poidinger's career is rooted in the belief that sports are a powerful vehicle for developing character and leadership. A former multi-sport athlete, he has spent more than a decade as an Activities Director in Minnesota, leading programs that build not just players, but people. His deep connection to the community is reflected in his role as a manager for a Minnesota town ball team, where he honors the tradition and grit of grassroots sport. With experience coaching football, basketball, and baseball at every level, Ben brings the same passion to a youth camp as he does to a high-stakes playoff game.
